- 2 green peppers (large)

- 1 bunch of fresh celery
- half a head of cabbage
- 1 package spice only soup mix
- 1 or 2 cubes of beef or chicken bouillon (optional)
- Season to taste with pepper, curry, pepper flakes, oregano, onion or galic powder and other spices.
- 12 cups of water
How to cook Cabbage Soup
- clean all your vegetables
- chop all veggies into bite size pieces
- sautee all vegetables in a pot ( Except cabbage).
- once tender add 12 cups of water
- After a quick boil, add remaining ingredients.
- Simmer until all ingredients are cooked
Foods allowed in the Cabbage Soup Diet
There are limited food options that you can take once you are in the Cabbage Soup. Bananas and potatoes are some of the most common foods allowed in this soup diet. Eating meat is also very limited and only fish or chicken breast can be consumed.
